Our range of bread products includes various Italian breads such as schiacciata. This bread has a distinctive flavour and airy texture and is made by LLBG's chefs using traditional Italian methods. The dough is flavoured with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Then they press into the dough with their fingers, a method known as “schiaccare”, from which the bread derives its name.

How do you prepare LLBG's schiacciata bread?
LLBG's schiacciata bread products can be prepared in various ways.
- Fully baked: the product is fully baked during the production process. However, we recommend baking/heating up the product for a few minutes to get the perfect result (e.g. crispy crust). If you heat up the product, you usually don’t need to defrost it unless indicated in the instructions.
- Serve hot: we recommend you serve this product hot. The baking/heating instructions help you to reach the perfect serving temperature in the quickest time.
