How LLBG is organised

La Lorraine Bakery Group is structured into 4 innovative Business Units, each focusing on its core activities and markets, overseen by our Executive Committee. Our headquarters are in Ninove (Belgium), next to our largest fresh bakery where our story began in the 1970s.

We operate from 18 state-of-the art production sites in Belgium, Poland, Turkey, Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Greece and the United Arab Emirates. From these sites, we deliver high-quality bakery products to customers in more than 35 countries, serviced by our local commercial organisations. Most recently, we also expanded our bakery footprint to the US.

Our Business Units

Bakery Fresh

Belgium’s market leader for more than 50 years for freshly baked bread and patisserie. Every day, more than 2,300 customers are supplied from 7 production sites in Belgium with a delicious range of fresh bread, viennoiserie and patisserie.

Bakery Frozen

One of the European market leaders for frozen bake-off products in retail and foodservice, with the ambition to further transform the bakery market worldwide: Turkey, the Middle East, the United States and more than 35 export markets.

Bakery Store Concepts

We also sell our products directly to the consumer. In the past 40 years, we’ve built up a strong franchise network of Panos and Deliway shops. They are the market reference for a fast breakfast, lunch or snack, with 450 points of sale in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Milling

Paniflower is one of the largest flour producers in the Benelux. We specialise in the milling of wheat for innovative and complex technological applications, and focus on the transition to sustainable wheat, issued from regenerative agriculture. Our clientele ranges from small artisanal bakeries to large food producers.

Our locations

La Lorraine Bakery Group’s headquarters are located in Ninove (Belgium), next to our largest fresh bakery. This is where our bakery story began in the seventies, as further vertical integration of our milling activities, started in 1939. Today, we produce bakery products in 18 high-tech bakeries across Europe and far beyond. From these locations, we deliver to customers in over 35 countries via our local sales organisations.
