For example, our sourdough loaf with a thin, crispy crust made using a traditional Ardennes recipe or a dark multigrain loaf enriched with crushed oats and rye, flax seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and barley malt. Always finished with a dusting of flour. All our rustic loaves are prepared with love and passion at one of our twelve bakeries. And you can taste it!

How do you prepare LLBG's rustic loaves?

Most of LLBG's rustic loaves are part baked during the production process. You just need to bake them for a few minutes for the perfect result. This means you can serve freshly baked rustic loaves at your business in mere minutes. Other loaves don't need to be baked or heated up at all. You can serve them immediately after defrosting according to the instructions.
