How do you prepare LLBG's lunch breads?
LLBG's lunch breads can be prepared in various ways. We have three baking technologies: You can find information about how to prepare the product on the technical sheet for each lunch bread.
- Fully baked: the product is fully baked during the production process. However, we recommend baking/heating up the product for a few minutes to get the perfect result (e.g. crispy crust). If you heat up the product, you usually don’t need to defrost it unless indicated in the instructions.
- Part baked: the product is partially baked during the production process. You just need to bake the loaf for a few minutes for the perfect result.
- Thaw & serve: you don't need to bake/heat up this product. The product can be served after the defrosting time stated in the instructions.
